hv777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of fraudulent or false information; (c) suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or collusion; or (d) failure to complete required identity verification procedures.
Upon termination for breach, hv777 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where a breach results in financial loss to hv777 or third parties, hv777 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies including recovery of funds.
You may close your hv777 account at any time by contacting the Support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification, provided no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.
